NIGERIAN ARMY 89 REGULAR RECRUIT INTAKE 2025 RECRUITMENT INTO THE NIGERIAN ARMY IS FREE!!!   Method of Application (1) Applicants must be single and Nigerian citizen by birth, and must possess National Identity Card/NIN and BVN print out. (2) Applicants must be medically, physically and psychologically fit in accordance with Nigerian Army Standards. (3) Applicants must be free of any criminal conviction by the court of law. (4) Applicants must possess a valid birth certificate endorsed by the National Population Commission, Hospital or Local Government Council, or age declaration. (5) Applicants must possess a valid certificate of state of origin. (6) Applicants must not be less than 1.68 metres and 1.65 metres tall for male and female candidates respectively. (7) An applicant must not be less than 18 years or more than 22 years for non-trades men/women, while trades men/women must not be more than 26 years as at 30 Jun 25. The Nigerian Army Recruitment Form For 79RRI will Commence on the 7th October 2019 and End on the 27th Novermber 2019.

Nigerian Army Recruitment Application Requirements


1. Applicants must be a Nigerian citizen by
birth and possess a National Identity
Card.
2. Possess a minimum of 4 credits in not
more than 2 sittings in WASSCE/GCE/
NECO/NABTEB. One of the credits must
be in the English Language.
3. In addition to the above qualification,
those applying for Tradesmen/women
must also possess OND/Trades Test/City
and Guild Certificate.
4. Be between the ages of 18 – 22 years
for non-tradesmen/women while
tradesmen/women must be between the
ages of 18 – 26 years by 22 Nov
2019.
5. Not be less than 1.68 metres and 1.62
metres tall for male and female
candidates
6. Knowledge of additional Nigerian
language other than mothers tongue is
an added advantage.

Successful candidates are to report for training at the Nigerian Defence Academy (NDA), Afaka, Kaduna, on Wednesday, 2 April 2025. Failure to report by 1800hrs (6:00 PM) on Monday, 7 April 2025, will result in forfeiture of the training slot.
